Four layers of control. One network underneath.
Own the optics or let us run them. Reach the cloud privately or take dedicated IP. Whatever your needs, we can build a solution for you.

01 / Dark Fiber
Dedicated strands. Your optics. Total control.
Lease unlit fiber on point-to-point and ring routes and light it however you like. Run any protocol, any wavelength plan, any capacity your transponders support, and scale it without ever renegotiating a circuit.
- Point-to-point & metro ring routes
- Documented route diversity
- 20-year IRU or lease terms
- Scalability
We connect you to the most critical interconnection sites, cloud on-ramps and hyperscale data centers in our markets, on dark fiber or lit. We also design, build and manage custom fiber networks to your data center, digital campus or office, within a metro or between metro regions.
Our edge
- Accessibility. Reach the critical internet traffic gateways, large data centers and enterprises.
- Fully customizable. Shape the network around your most mission-critical applications.
- Privacy & security. Reach those sites on a private, secure network, not the public internet.
- Brand-new fiber. A state-of-the-art, high-count fiber network.
- An ecosystem on-net. Leading interconnection sites, cloud on-ramps, peering points and hyperscale data centers.
- Consultative approach. Work with our network designers, engineers and business planning team to match your needs with an optimized network design.

02 / Lit Services
Wavelength and Ethernet, 1G to 400G.
Managed, low-latency transport between data centers without buying a single transponder. We light it, monitor it and back it with a hard SLA. You just plug in. A 100G lit service can be turned up on existing routes in days, not quarters.
- 1G / 10G / 100G / 400G waves
- Point-to-point Ethernet (EPL/EVPL)
- 99.99% availability SLA
- Dedicated connection
Our lit services give you a fully managed connectivity option across Canada and, through our partners, to a network of global connectivity hubs.
We operate a dense lit fiber network in Greater Montréal and Greater Toronto, and deliver service from your location to leading interconnection centers, data centers and enterprise sites, on our network or on the extended networks of our telecom partners.
Our edge
- Fully managed, point to point. Simply plug in.
- Dedicated connection. Security and privacy, off the public internet.
- Highly customizable. Scale up or down, and extend the service to your location.
- Adaptable solutions. Non-disruptive ramp-ups, uncompromised diversity and global reach at highly competitive prices.
- 24-hour responsiveness. Accountability matters.
- Consultative approach. Work with our network designers, engineers and business planning team to align your network with your business requirements.

03 / Cloud Access · MOCA
Private on-ramps to AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
Metro Optic Cloud Access connects your infrastructure straight to the cloud providers over our fabric, off the public internet, with predictable latency and security you can audit. Provision dedicated capacity to one cloud or many, and change it as your footprint moves.
- Direct connect to major clouds
- Multi-cloud from one port
- Private, encrypted paths
- Cost-efficient
Reach the world's leading public clouds, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud and Oracle Cloud, directly from your location over a dedicated, high-capacity Metro Optic connection.
One connectivity solution for your whole hybrid environment: colocation plus public and private cloud access, from virtually any location in Montréal, Toronto and Vancouver.
MOCA advantages
- Multi-cloud access. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud and IBM Cloud.
- Private & secure. Bypass the public internet on a point-to-point, high-speed fiber link.
- High capacity & scalability. Dedicated ports connect straight to your cloud provider of choice.
- Cost-efficient. Cut traditional colocation costs with hybrid-cloud access bundled with a dedicated fiber connection.
- Transparent pricing. Highly competitive, with no surprises.

04 / IP Internet
High-capacity transit with diversity built in.
Dedicated and blended IP transit engineered for content delivery networks, peering and global reach. We peer at the local Internet exchanges (IX): CANIX, TorIX and VANIX. Route diversity is standard, not an upsell, so your upstream stays up when a path doesn't.
- Dedicated & blended transit
- Extensive Canadian peering
- Built-in route diversity
- Enhanced global connectivity
Our expertise is complex network solutions, but we don't forget the essentials. We also provide IP transit and internet service for your core connectivity needs.
Our edge
- Enhanced global connectivity. Partnerships with Tier 1 transit providers put your traffic on many of the world's foremost backbone networks.
- Expansive Canadian backbone. Our backbone spans Canada from key cities including Montréal, Toronto and Vancouver, for seamless connectivity nationwide.
- Proximity to key networks. Strategic interconnections with major content providers and internet exchanges keep you close to the sites you target, for better reach and performance.

FAQ
What engineers ask before they sign.
What's the difference between dark fiber and a lit wavelength?
With dark fiber you lease the physical strand and provide your own optical equipment, so you control capacity, protocol and upgrades end to end. With a lit wavelength, we own and operate the optics and hand you a clean 1G/10G/100G/400G handoff backed by an SLA. Dark fiber gives you the most control; lit gets you into service fastest.
How low can latency go on your routes?
Metro round trips come in under a millisecond, and the inter-city long-haul we're planning follows the shortest physical path we can build. Since latency is mostly fiber length, we publish route distances and can design a route specifically for very low latency, for high-frequency trading or distributed AI training.
Can you support AI training and large data-transport workloads?
Yes. That is the core use case we engineer for: 400G waves, dedicated dark fiber and private cloud on-ramps that keep distributed training, model serving and uncompressed media off the public internet.
Do you offer documented route diversity?
We do. Diversity is designed in from the start and documented, so your team can verify the redundancy instead of taking our word for it. For critical links we provision physically separate routes with no common point of failure.
Are you really carrier-neutral?
Yes. We own and operate our own fiber and aren't a subsidiary of a larger telco or cloud. That means our routing decisions serve your traffic, and you can cross-connect to the carriers, exchanges and clouds you choose inside the facilities we reach.
What does it take to get a quote?
Send us your A and Z endpoints, the capacity you need and your diversity requirements. An engineer reviews the routes and comes back with options, latency figures and pricing. Start by scoping your network.
